Known and potential limitations

Google Calendar and Tally, government websites and other third-party systems may not provide the same accessibility experience as this website. Generated or customer-supplied documents may also contain accessibility limitations.

Alternative assistance

If you cannot access information, complete a form or use a third-party feature, contact DocuFile360 for a reasonable alternative method when available. Alternatives may include telephone assistance, accessible electronic documents, enlarged print, appointment assistance or another communication method appropriate to the request.

Feedback

Report an accessibility problem by emailing support@docufile360.com. Include the page address, a description of the problem, the device or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the best way to contact you.

Response process

DocuFile360 will review accessibility feedback, attempt to provide the requested information through an accessible alternative, and prioritize corrections based on impact, feasibility and available technology. Response times may vary with the complexity of the issue.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. The website will be reviewed when new forms, payment tools, media or significant design changes are introduced. Automated tools alone are not sufficient; keyboard and assistive-technology testing are also important.

Physical and communication access

Customers may request reasonable communication assistance for appointments and services. Availability depends on the requested accommodation, advance notice and applicable requirements. Contact support@docufile360.com or call (321) 300-5585 to request assistance.
