Forms and customer information

Customers are responsible for identifying the service or form they want and for supplying complete, accurate and truthful information. DocuFile360 may type information supplied by the customer into a customer-selected or approved form but does not determine whether a form is legally appropriate.

Government forms may be available free from the issuing agency. Charges shown by DocuFile360 are for preparation, typing, organization or administrative assistance—not for ownership of a government form.

No guaranteed results

No service guarantees that a document is legally sufficient or that a court, government agency, consulate, insurer, bank or other recipient will accept, approve or process it. We do not guarantee eligibility, processing time, filing status, refunds, benefits, coverage, immigration status, passport issuance, apostille acceptance or any other outcome.

Family court and landlord/tenant

Assistance is limited to permitted nonlawyer clerical services using information provided by the customer. Required nonlawyer disclosures and preparer-identification information must be provided where applicable. We do not select remedies, calculate legal deadlines, decide which notice or petition should be used, prepare custom legal provisions or advise either party regarding a dispute.

Immigration forms

Immigration assistance is limited to clerical typing and document organization for customer-selected forms. We do not assess eligibility, select forms, interpret questions, recommend evidence, explain immigration options, prepare legal arguments or communicate as a legal representative. Only an attorney or appropriately accredited representative may provide immigration legal advice. Official information and free forms are available from USCIS.

Apostille and authentication

DocuFile360 only coordinates document preparation and routing. Apostilles, authentications and legalizations are issued by government or consular authorities. Requirements depend on the document, issuing jurisdiction and destination country. We do not guarantee that a document will qualify or be accepted.

Translation

Translation services do not include legal interpretation or advice. The receiving institution determines whether a translation, certification, notarization or translator qualification is acceptable. Rush delivery and acceptance are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Notary and signing services

Notarial services are available only through an actively commissioned notary and only when legal requirements are satisfied. A notary does not determine whether a document is lawful, accurate or appropriate and cannot provide legal advice. Identification, personal appearance, willingness and awareness requirements apply.

Business and DOT filings

Business and transportation assistance is administrative only. We do not recommend an entity type, ownership structure, tax classification, operating authority or compliance strategy. DocuFile360 is not affiliated with Sunbiz, the Florida Department of State, FMCSA, USDOT or any other agency. Customers remain responsible for continuing compliance, insurance and renewals.

Passport assistance

DocuFile360 is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State and does not issue passports, accept applications on the government’s behalf, reserve government appointments or guarantee faster processing. Some applicants must appear in person. Official passport forms and appointments are free through the U.S. Department of State.

Tax preparation

Paid tax-return preparation is offered only when assigned personnel hold all required current registrations and credentials. Customers are responsible for reviewing returns and providing complete records. We do not promise a refund amount or tax result. Representation, bookkeeping, amended returns and audit support are separate unless included in writing. IRS information is available at IRS.gov.

Health-insurance enrollment

Enrollment assistance is offered only through appropriately licensed, trained, appointed and Marketplace-authorized personnel. Eligibility, subsidies, premiums, networks and benefits are determined by the Marketplace and insurers. No plan, enrollment, subsidy or coverage outcome is guaranteed. Official Marketplace information is available at HealthCare.gov.

Fees and additional charges

Displayed prices are DocuFile360 service fees unless expressly identified otherwise. State, federal, court, filing, consular, passport, immigration, process-server, sheriff, postage, courier, translation, notary, insurance, tax and other third-party charges are not included. Final scope and pricing should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Deadlines and customer review

Customers are responsible for knowing and meeting all filing, renewal, response, hearing, travel, tax and enrollment deadlines unless a signed written agreement expressly assigns a particular task to DocuFile360. Customers must review all names, dates, numbers, selections and statements before signing or submitting a document.

Secure documents and communications

Do not place Social Security numbers, passport numbers, tax records, health information or other sensitive data in the appointment scheduler or ordinary email. Use the designated Secure Document Upload form when instructed. Customers are responsible for using the correct Google Account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. Google Forms, Google Drive, hosting and communication services are operated by third-party providers subject to their own policies and availability.

Third-party websites and services

Links to government agencies, Google Calendar, Google Forms, Google Drive, future payment processors, couriers and other external services are provided for convenience. DocuFile360 does not control their availability, content, processing times, security practices, fees or decisions and is not responsible for changes made by those providers.

A website description is not a promise that a service is available for every situation. DocuFile360 may decline or stop work that exceeds its authorized or credentialed scope.
