Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DocuFile360™ may collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use our website or request services.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Information you provide
We may collect contact details, appointment requests, selected services, communications, billing information and information needed to perform an agreed service. Through the Secure Document Upload form, we may also receive identification, financial, tax, immigration, health, business or legal-form information supplied by you.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting, security or analytics providers may collect device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referral information, timestamps and security logs. Cookies or similar technologies may be used only after the website’s actual hosting and analytics configuration is established and should be described in any applicable cookie notice.
How information may be used
- Responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Providing requested preparation or administrative services
- Processing payments and maintaining transaction records when payment service is enabled
- Operating, securing and improving the website and document-intake process
- Preventing fraud, misuse and unauthorized access
- Meeting legal, regulatory, tax, recordkeeping and professional obligations
- Communicating service updates and customer-support information
When information may be shared
Information may be shared with vendors that support hosting, secure document intake, scheduling, payments, communications, storage, translation, delivery or professional services; with government agencies or filing destinations at your direction; and when required by law, legal process, safety obligations or the protection of rights.
Google Forms and Google Drive are currently used for document intake and storage, and Google Calendar is used for appointment scheduling. These services are governed by Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices. Vendors should receive only information reasonably needed for their role.
Sensitive information
Tax, immigration, identity and health-related information requires additional care. Access should be limited to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need. DocuFile360™ does not claim that every record is governed by HIPAA, attorney-client privilege or another specialized confidentiality law unless that law actually applies.
Payments
Online payment processing is not currently enabled on this website. If enabled later, payment-card details will be collected directly by the selected payment processor rather than stored by this static website, and the processor’s privacy and security practices will apply.
Secure document upload
DocuFile360 currently uses Google Forms for document intake and Google Drive for storage. Clients must sign in to a Google Account to upload files. Google may record the account name, email address and profile information associated with the submission. Access to submitted files is restricted to authorized DocuFile360 personnel, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, dispute resolution, security, tax, legal and recordkeeping purposes. Specific retention periods will depend on the record and applicable requirements. Backups and records held by service providers may follow separate deletion schedules.
Security
DocuFile360™ intends to use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. However, no internet transmission, email, form or storage platform is completely secure. The Federal Trade Commission recommends collecting only needed data, protecting it and disposing of it securely.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to review or correct contact information, request deletion where appropriate, or opt out of nonessential marketing communications. Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, transaction, security or dispute purposes. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
Children
The website and services are not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should submit information concerning a minor when required for a legitimate service. Do not submit a child’s sensitive information through the basic appointment form.
External links and providers
Government websites, Google Forms, Google Drive, Google Calendar, future payment processors and other linked services are controlled by third parties. Their collection and use of information is also governed by their own policies.
Florida and other privacy rights
Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction and by the size and activities of a business. DocuFile360™ will evaluate and respond to requests as required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy expands or limits rights that cannot lawfully be changed.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when practices, providers or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top. Material changes should be communicated when required.
