Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the DocuFile360™ website and any preparation or administrative service accepted by DocuFile360™.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Nature of services
DocuFile360™ is a private business offering clerical, typing, document-organization, translation, notarial and administrative assistance. It is not a law firm or government agency. No attorney-client relationship is created. Legal, tax, immigration, insurance and notarial services are offered only within the lawful and credentialed scope stated in writing.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement, or act through an authorized representative. You may not use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity.
Customer responsibilities
- Select the service or form you want without relying on DocuFile360™ for legal advice
- Provide complete, accurate and truthful information
- Review every document before signing or submission
- Maintain copies and protect Google Account and other access credentials
- Meet all deadlines unless a signed writing expressly assigns a specific task to DocuFile360™
- Obtain independent legal, tax or professional advice when needed
Scope and acceptance
A website description is not an automatic acceptance of work. DocuFile360™ may request additional information, issue a written quote, limit the scope, decline a request or stop work that is unlawful, incomplete, misleading, unsafe, outside available credentials or beyond the agreed service.
Fees
Displayed prices are DocuFile360™ service fees unless stated otherwise. State, federal, court, filing, consular, passport, immigration, postage, courier, process-server, sheriff, insurance, notary and other third-party charges are separate. A final quote may change based on complexity, volume, urgency or added work and should be approved before work begins.
Payment
Payment timing and accepted methods will be stated in the applicable quote or checkout. Third-party processors may apply their own terms. Customers are responsible for authorized charges, taxes and nonrecoverable third-party costs.
Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation and refund terms presented in the applicable quote, invoice, checkout or engagement document control. No universal refund promise is made on this website. Government fees, third-party charges, completed work and work already commenced may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law. Applicable terms will be presented before any online payment is accepted.
Revisions and corrections
DocuFile360™ will correct its own clerical errors within the scope stated in writing. Changes caused by incomplete or revised customer information, new instructions, form updates or additional services may require a new fee and timeline.
Timing and deadlines
Turnaround estimates are not guarantees. Agency closures, customer delays, technical interruptions, shipping, third-party processing and government decisions may affect timing. Customers remain responsible for deadlines unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
No guaranteed outcome
Payment does not guarantee filing, acceptance, eligibility, approval, immigration status, passport issuance, tax result, insurance coverage, apostille acceptance, court result or any other outcome. Decisions are made by customers, courts, agencies, insurers and other third parties.
Electronic communications
You consent to receive service-related email, text or electronic notices at the contact information you provide, subject to applicable law. Electronic delivery can be delayed or intercepted. Sensitive documents should be transmitted only through the designated Secure Document Upload form.
Third-party services
Google Calendar, Google Forms, Google Drive, future payment processors, hosting, delivery, government and other external systems are not controlled by DocuFile360™. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, fees and decisions apply independently.
Website and intellectual property
The DocuFile360™ name, logo, website design and original content may not be copied, sold, republished or misused without permission. Government forms and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and public-use rules.
Prohibited conduct
You may not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, interfere with operation, upload unlawful material or use the service to facilitate fraud or misrepresentation.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The website and services are provided subject to the limitations explained in the Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, DocuFile360™ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by customer errors, missed customer deadlines, third-party decisions, system interruptions or use outside the written scope. Rights and obligations that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable United States and Florida law, without overriding consumer rights that apply in another jurisdiction. No mandatory dispute venue or arbitration requirement is established by this website alone.
Changes and severability
These terms may be updated for operational or legal changes. The revised date will be posted. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
